Twenty-four-hour uninterrupted operation, low maintenance requirements, low energy use, with programmable logic control, these are the main characteristics of Transcalor equipment for mission critical environments.
Precision air conditioners were designed for the IT market. They are fully autonomous and designed with the market’s latest technology. Each unit includes hermetic scroll compressor, air-chilled condenser, evaporator with high sensible heat and PLC control.
Precision Self Container (PSC) – Water-chilled or air-chilled air conditioning unit
Direct expansion unit with remote air cooled condenser and indirect water cooled expansion, located in a single housing, with single or dual circuit.
The unit uses the direct expansion (DX) as a backup, in case the chilled water (CW) system experiences a failure or a scheduled shutdown.
Used for applications that require high reliability and redundancy, along with energy efficiency during operation, the system serves as a backup, increasing the operation’s availability.
There is also the optional unit featuring direct expansion with remote water-chilled condenser (dry cooler) and indirect chilled water expansion (CW), located in a single housing, with single or dual circuit.
Precision Wall-Mounted (PWM)
Our Precision Wall-Mounted air conditioners are designed for the IT market. They are fully autonomous and designed with the market’s latest technology. Each unit includes hermetic scroll compressor, air-chilled condenser, evaporator with high sensible heat and PLC control. They are weather-resistant and built to be installed outdoors, so that technicians need not enter the restricted access portion of the data center.
Wall-Mounted units are plug-and-play, fully charged with hydrofoloroucarbon-based (HFC) refrigerant that does not degrade the ozone layer, as well as including oil. A complete test is performed at installation to ensure full operation.
Precision InRow (PIR)
Our Precision InRow air conditioners are designed to function independently in the racks, with smart airflow control, high efficiency, flexibility, and performance. They include EC variable-speed compressor to maintain the necessary airflow and thermal load to the racks.
These units are compact and offer greater flexibility in the data center layout. Positioned among the racks, air is uniformly directed in two positions in front of the servers, resulting in lower load loss and less crowding of the data center aisle.
Precision Split (PSL)
The Transcalor Precision Split is designed to provide 24-hour uninterrupted function, low maintenance needs, low energy consumption, microprocessor control, high airflow, high sensible heat factor, and temperature and humidity control.
These units are recommended for small spaces in data centers, UPS rooms, containers, and telephone center rooms.
This equipment uses a smart control system for temperature, humidity, and air quality, with low noise levels, energy savings, and environmentally friendly refrigerant.
PUC and PRC – Precision Condensers
Remote air-chilled condensers (allowing vertical or horizontal installation).
Precision Condenser Units and Precision Condensers are compact, have low noise levels, and offer easy installation and maintenance. They are equipped with axial or centrifugal fans with speed control to maintain constant condensation according to outside conditions. They can be supplied in two installation positions (horizontal or vertical air output).
